World Trade Centers around the world are known to be the most dynamic centers of business activity with volumes of business flowing in from around the world and transactions worth millions taking place every day. To meet the demands arising from the thousands of business executives in the complex and visiting delegates, retail spaces are planned at strategic locations within the complex. For retail businesses involved in a multitude of segments ranging from cafes and food courts to ATM and banks to gym and healthcare facilities, this is a brilliant and probably the best platform to take their business to a whole new level. Planned over 42 Acres of land space, the WTC Noida was launched first amongst the three, way back in 2010. The first phase of the project is delivered with about 6.5 lac square feet of built-up space, divided between two Towers, Tec1 and Tec2. Both the Towers were leased out to VIVO, the third-largest Smartphone manufacturers; and was, a completely functional tower with some 6000+ Employees attending the office daily, starting October 2015. Out of 42 acres area, 21 Acre area of the project which consists of phase 1(already delivered/occupied) & Phase 2 is completely sold out.The majority of inventories are Office spaces Inventories and one tower of serviced Studios on offer called the Riverside Residences. The services will be offered by the Amari chain of Hotels, who will also have a Hotel building within the same complex.
